8 Week Program

In the GUTS, GLUTES, GAMS & GUNS program, we address your entire body. Your abs, bum, legs, and arms will feel every, single exercise and be able to perform them with precision and expert know/how. This 8 week program teaches you how to access your power and increase it utilizing the magic of gravity, correct alignment, timing variations, and multi-planar positioning. This full body approach includes intense awareness of technique-we don’t just execute movement, we do it right so you benefit greatly! Not only will you become stronger and more powerful, you will understand how to harness that power for any and all activities you are involved in…whether it be running a marathon, playing with your kids/grandchildren, or gardening…or all of the above!

 

Work with me one on one for 8 weeks of weekly sessions. We schedule according to your availability and dig into all areas of the body, addressing your personal needs and goals. We then surpass those goals with flying colors, as you dominate the 8 weeks of movement and exercise and are ready for more. You have access to me via the Marco Polo App (link to download is included in your sign up email) for any questions, concerns, and celebrations. I then respond to you within 24-36 hours and we address the issue together, head on. Working privately is incredibly effective and give you the gift of gaining strength in your GUTS, GLUTES, GAMS & GUNS!
